Return & Refund Policy – LittleNord
At LittleNord, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase you make. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be accepted, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you also have proof of purchase.
Because we sell baby-related products, some items cannot be returned once opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes feeding items and personal care products.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at support@littlenord.com. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s).
We will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please note that items should be returned in a reasonable condition. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include:
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Custom or personalised items made to your specifications
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
