At LittleNord, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Finland: 5–10 business days
  • Other European countries: 5–12 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount. Any such offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time.

If you do not receive tracking information within a few days, please contact us.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally happen due to factors outside our control, such as high demand, weather conditions, or courier issues.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. LittleNord is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct it before the order is shipped.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

Customs and Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees or import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
